What is the cost of shipping?
We charge a Convenience Fee, which includes the following:
a) Platform Fee
We apply a flat platform fee of ₹29 to all orders, including Prive users. This fee helps us maintain the platform, onboard stylish brands, and deliver a smooth shopping experience.
b) Packaging & Delivery Fee
₹70 for orders up to ₹499
₹20 for orders between ₹500 and ₹999
Free delivery on orders above ₹1000
Free delivery for Prive Platinum users on orders above ₹149
c) Additional Fee
We may charge an additional fee for customers with higher return records. This fee helps cover logistics and customer support costs. However, we may remove this charge if returns reduce over time.
How long will it take for my order to reach me?
You can find the estimated delivery timeline on the product page. Generally, orders reach you within 5–7 days from the date of order confirmation.
If you place an order with multiple items, we may ship them separately. Therefore, you might receive multiple packages. While delivery timelines are usually accurate, unexpected delays may occur. However, we will keep you informed in such cases.
What should I do if my order dispatch is delayed?
We always try our best to deliver your order on time. However, if your package does not arrive by the expected date, please contact us:

My order has been shipped. Can I track it?
Yes. Once we dispatch your order, you can track it from the My Orders section.
You can view tracking details within 24 hours after dispatch from our warehouse or vendor location.
🔁 Returns, Refunds, Cancellations & Exchanges
What is Wovella’s return policy?
Most products on Wovella are eligible for returns and replacements. However, made-to-order items are not returnable. You can find the return eligibility clearly mentioned on each product page.
If your product qualifies, you can raise a return or replacement request from the My Orders section within 7 days of delivery. Please ensure that the product is:
Unused and unworn
Unwashed and undamaged
Returned with original tags, labels, and packaging
How are returns processed?
Once you submit a return request, we arrange a pickup within 3–5 business days. After our courier partner collects the item, we initiate your refund.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes. You can cancel your order within 24 hours through the My Orders section. Alternatively, you can contact us via email or phone for assistance.
Please note: Wovella reserves the right to cancel any order at its discretion and may verify orders before shipment.
How will I receive my refund?
For prepaid orders, we refund the amount to the original payment method.
For Cash on Delivery orders, customers must provide bank details or a UPI ID.
How long does it take to receive a refund?
Order cancellations: Usually, we process refunds within 3 business days.
Returns: We process refunds after our courier partner completes the pickup.
Can I return part of my order?
Yes. You can return individual eligible items within 7 days of delivery. However, some products may not qualify for return or exchange. Please check the product page for details.
